ALMA de LUCE® celebrates the secrets that nature still preserves through FAIRY CIRCLE piece. Secrets that Man has not been able to unravel, and we will find a secret, in this particular case, in the stunning landscape of Namibia.
Mysterious bare circles in the sand, mark the landscape along the edge of the Namib Desert, stretching from the northwest of the Cape to the south of Angola, and can grow to more than 20 meters wide. These "naked" spots have been called "fairy circles". Dune valleys and plains are often dotted with fairy circles for no apparent reason but are an integral part of the Namibian landscape.
